1. Service Eligibility

The CelcomDigi Fibre service is available to individuals aged 18 and above who reside in Malaysia. Service availability is subject to technical feasibility and network coverage in your area.

We reserve the right to decline any application for the Service without providing any reason.

2. Contract Period

The standard contract period for CelcomDigi Fibre plans is 24 months, unless stated otherwise in specific promotional offers.

Early termination of the contract before the expiry of the 24-month period will incur a penalty fee as stipulated in your service agreement.

3. Installation Terms

Standard installation is provided free of charge. Standard installation includes up to 15 meters of fibre cable from the point of entry to the router location.

Non-standard installation, such as concealed wiring, over-roof cabling, or cable lengths exceeding 15 meters, will incur additional charges which must be agreed upon and paid directly to the installer.

4. Payment Terms

Billing commences upon successful activation of the Service. You agree to pay all charges associated with the Service, including monthly subscription fees, usage charges, and applicable taxes.

Payments must be made by the due date stated on your monthly invoice. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of the Service.

5. Termination Policy

You may terminate the Service by providing a minimum of 30 days’ written notice to CelcomDigi.

Upon termination, you must return all provided equipment (such as the router and modem) in good working condition. Failure to do so will result in equipment replacement charges.

6. Limitation of Liability

CelcomDigi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

CelcomDigi reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions.
